DOT Physicals: Fair Screen can provide a complete physical exam result that contains the core regulatory requirements, including a review by a medical professional for completeness & compliance.
FMCSA Clearinghouse: As part of your screening package, our team can make the required query to the Clearinghouse for drug and alcohol violations before permitting those employees to operate a CMV on public roads. Fair Screen can also help with annual re-checks as required.
Pre-Employment Screening (PSP): Clients can leverage our integration with the FMCSA PSP system. This option will include the DOT report crash data and roadside inspection data from MCMIS.
3yr Safety Performance History: Regulated employers are required to collect 10 years of safety-sensitive history, and verify the past 3 years. Our verification team can perform these work-history verifications and collect information about any relevant history of drug/alcohol tests or accidents.
